QA Manager

As a QA Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the quality assurance process for our games, from initial concept to final release. You will lead a team of QA specialists, establishing strategies and best practices and collaborate closely with the Tech Department Leads to build a sustainable and quality oriented workflow.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and  manage a team of 20+ QA specialists.
  • Develop and implement QA processes, standards and methodologies
  • Make sure whether all the company/products standards are met and review thoroughly the existing policies and standards
  • Plan and prioritize application testing based on project timelines, requirements and risks
  • Closely cooperate with Tech Leads to build sustainable workflows and enable support of the QA department early in the pipeline
  • Overseeing automated tests and structure the QA department in order to support automation engineers in creating efficient and complete tests
  • Participate in the recruitment process of QA testers
  • Identify training requirements to improve production quality
  • Monitor and analyze test results and defect reports, tracking issues through resolution and providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external testing partners and vendors, coordinating outsourced testing activities if necessary

 

Professional Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA (last 2 years in mobile gaming industry)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership position
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and agile workflow
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Resilience to stress and openness to new directions and challenges.
  • Attention to detail, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technical skills.
